Absurd rent increase. Non-response

Smartstop purchased my local self storage company and increased my rent from $105/mo to $175/mo. I have been I have been trying for weeks to reach someone with authority to adjust the past charges and correct future billings to no avail.

User's recommendation: Avoid this place!

Locked out and paid up

I paid my late storage bill on Friday, Monday still locked out and nobody working there for two days and no one to call???

User's recommendation: Don’t use SmartStop, it’s dirty and you can’t access your unit as needed.

Locked out and paid up

I paid my late fee on Friday, its now Monday and they arent open till Tuesday, I work out of town, this is unbelievable! Borrow someone from another store to stay open. I paid the new inflation rate $50 extra dollars this month, Ill be getting my stuff out by the end of the month. Plus no one here 3 days ago to take off the lock after I paid it up.
